General Terms of Service

By accepting the following Terms and Conditions, you agree, acknowledge, and comply to the following:

I reserve all rights to my work, unless otherwise specified.
Credit for my work is required (an additional fee will be charged in the case credits are hidden).
I reserve the right to refuse any order.
I reserve the right to post the completed commissioned work to my social media and portfolio, unless otherwise specified.
All payments will be made through Paypal/Wise in USD, or direct back transfer in JPY.
A 50% booking fee will be required to secure your commission slot.
After the first draft is sent, there will be no refunds or cancellations under any circumstance from the client's side. I retain the right to fully refund an order under any circumstance, unless specified by a signed contract where both parties adhere.
In the case that I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.
Any tips that I receive are non-refundable.
In the case that the illustration is not prepared yet, you must have it ready by the time your scheduled slot comes around. If it is not ready in time, the deadline will have to be renegotiated.
- If the original deadline is maintained, a rush fee will be applied depending on how much time I am given to work on the video.
- If the deadline is postponed, a postponement fee of 25% of the total cost will be charged.
- If the commission is cancelled, there will be no refunds on the deposit.
Once the commission has begun, the customer is encouraged to give feedback and revisions as early in the process as possible.
The commissioner is allowed up to 5 revisions (not including minor changes such as lyric changes). Additional revisions will be charged accordingly depending on the scope of the request.
In the case of major revisions, I hold the right to decline the change or request additional compensation for the work that has already been done.
Once the commission is finalized, any further revisions will require an additional fee.

The product that you receive is in a digital format, is delivered digitally through electronic media, and there is no physical attribute in relation to this item.

利用規約

以下の利用規約に同意いただいた場合、本規約の内容を理解し、承諾し、遵守するものとします。

特に明記がない限り、制作物に関するすべての権利は制作者に帰属します。
制作物のクレジット表記は必須です（クレジットを非表示にする場合は、別途追加料金が発生します）。
制作者は、いかなる理由においてもご依頼をお断りする権利を有します。
特に指定がない限り、完成したご依頼作品を制作者のSNSおよびポートフォリオに掲載する権利を有します。
お支払いは、PayPal／Wise（USD）、または銀行振込にて行っていただきます。
ご依頼枠を確保するため、合計金額の50％を予約金（デポジット）としてお支払いいただきます。
初稿提出後は、いかなる理由があってもお客様都合による返金・キャンセルはお受けできません。`ただし、両者が署名した契約書に別途定めがある場合を除き、制作者は任意の判断で全額返金を行う権利を有します。
制作者の都合によりご依頼内容を完了できない場合は、全額返金いたします。
チップ（任意でお支払いいただいた金額）は返金不可となります。
制作に必要なイラスト等の素材が未準備の場合、割り当てられた制作開始時点までにご用意ください。期日までに素材が揃わない場合、納期の再調整が必要となります。
- 元の納期を維持する場合、作業可能期間に応じて特急料金が発生します。
- 納期を延期する場合、合計金額の25％を延期手数料として請求いたします。
- ご依頼がキャンセルされた場合、デポジットの返金は行いません。
制作開始後は、できるだけ早い段階でのフィードバックおよび修正指示を行っていただくことを推奨します。
修正は最大5回まで可能です（歌詞変更などの軽微な修正は回数に含みません）。追加修正については、内容・作業量に応じて別途料金を請求いたします。
大幅な修正については、制作者が変更をお断りする、または既に行った作業内容に応じて追加報酬を請求する場合があります。
制作完了後の修正には、別途料金が発生します。

納品物はデジタルデータのみとなり、電子媒体を通じて提供されます。物理的な商品は含まれません。
